Your inquiry details
We request your name, project, email, WhatsApp number, service and project details; budget is optional. We use them to respond and scope the work. When secure submission is enabled, details are stored in protected server storage accessible to the authorized administrator. Confirmation is displayed only after the server accepts the inquiry.
WhatsApp and email
You can prepare a WhatsApp message, review it and approve its contents before opening it. You send it yourself in WhatsApp. Email links open your email application. Please do not include sensitive information in your initial inquiry.
Retention and security
Inquiries are retained for up to 180 days unless an engagement requires a different retention period. Administrative access is limited to the authorized account. Validation and rate controls help resist automated submissions.
Analytics and your preferences
Optional analytics do not run before consent. Once configured, we measure events such as WhatsApp clicks and quote requests without sending form fields. You can change your choice at any time. Preferences are stored locally on your device. Hosting may process technical data required for operation and security.
